AVAD, a subsidiary of Ingram Micro, is an industry-leading provider of solutions to the residential and commercial custom installation markets. The company reached out to Enola Labs looking for a mobile application for both iOS and Android to help the company stay better connected with their customers and engage their sales team with interactive training tools.

What did we do?

Enola Labs created the AVAD mobile app that is available to current U.S. AVAD dealers, and is the most convenient way to purchase products and keep up on all of the latest and greatest happenings at AVAD. The app is currently available on iOS and Android and enables dealers with all the tools and training they need to provide their customers with exceptional support throughout the buying process.

How did they benefit?

The AVAD app provides a fully transactional platform that allows instant access to account details, order history, exclusive events, special promotions and discounts, trainings and more. The sales training section provides interactive tools enabling dealers to become familiar with new products and improve customer satisfaction throughout the buying process. Overall, the application provides a clean, user-centered design that connects and engages AVAD’s dealers and their commercial accounts.
