The American Veterinary Medical Association contacted Enola Labs lacking a comprehensive strategy for evaluating and assessing mobile opportunities, developing solutions, as well as a method for measuring return on investment for proposed mobile and digital strategies.

What did we do?

First we evaluated the current mobile initiatives and identify what, if any, should be approved to move forward. The second objective was to perform a holistic analysis of their mobile and digital maturity. This allowed us to establish a foundational starting point for the end-state mobile and digital vision.

The client now has a deep understanding of key initiatives and strategies surrounding their overall mobile and digital blueprint.
